By combining vital functions like security of the premises, reception services, parking optimization and management of common facilities, the system brings new value to building owners, office tenants and their personnel, as well as to the numerous guests visiting the premises daily.

Integrated Security Systems 

Typically, several security systems are utilized side by side in an office building. The house management has usually installed a central video surveillance, intruder alarm and access control systems to protect the entrances to the building and other facilities. Simultaneously, the tenants have their own internal systems for the same purposes. The stakeholders also have guarding contract with various security service providers. All this increase significantly the total security costs.

The Mirasys Intelligent Building Service Platform facilitates central security systems that serve the whole building and all stakeholders alike. Each user sees the system as a virtual private installation, and everyone has access only to devices in their own premises. Additionally, the system enables control of common areas (e.g. external doors and gates) diretly from each office.  

A separate security system for each tenant of the building is expensive and unnecessary redundancy. 

Reception and Information Services 

Touch a screen at the entrance and the system will guide you to the person you're looking for or gives you instructions to wait in the lobby for your host, It also sends an email or MMS with a picture of the visitor to the host.

The information screens all around the building give information about matters that are important to the building users: daily menu of the restaurant, timetables of public transport, changes due to construction works, weather report - your imagination is the only limit!

The Virtual Receptionist guides visitors to the right office or person and sends an email and/or SMS to inform the host. 

Parking Management and Optimization 

There never seems to be enough parking lots to cover the need of office tenants and their personnel. Still, any given hour, a large share of the allocated lots are actually empty at the same time when others are desperately looking for a place to park their cars.

The Mirasys Intelligent Building Service Platform includes a dynamic parking management system that is based on Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). The license plates of entering vehicles are compared with a database containing information about cars of the employees and of the visitors for the day. Cars with matching plates are allowed to enter the parking facility.

Another advantage is dynamic allocation of parking lots: Anyone allowed to enter can park anywhere in the facility. This increases significantly the parking capacity as no lots are standing empty, reserved for a vehicle that can be far away from the facility. All this allows new and dynamic ways for invoicing of parking fees.

Empty parking lots are not a good investment - the Mirasys system increases the degree of use.

The system reads automatically the number plates, identifies the vehicles and lets them enter.
